JUNIOR PROM 2009

OK all you Bloggers who grew up with my older kids, the little boy you all used to tease and laugh at is now 17 years old . Junior Prom was on Saturday night, March 28th. I know, I know time sure goes by quickly. The day started at 10 am with a Zipline ride at Park City Olympic Park. After 2 fun screaming rides down with frozen faces they went to lunch then back home so the girls had plenty of time to get ready...........The white stretch limo arrived at South Summit High School to get the boys. And off they went to pick-up their dates. Dinner was at The Roof resturant in Salt Lake City. Back up the Canyon to the Dance and Promonade. It was a lovely event. Prom is a town dance , alot of townspeople young and old dawn the fancy clothes to watch the beautiful gowns come through. Each Junior is announced with an escort. Their is even a parent-teen dance where your son or daughter asks you to dance. All in all it was a fun time for us. Then the party of 10 arrived at our house for bannana splits and more fun! By around 1:30 am they were all on the way home......... Yep our little Denny is now a man............
